CPU usage High on PROD

We have been seeing high CPU usage on our PROD servers where it is reaching more than 150% and also leading to the server crash. Please provide any other solution other than increasing the CPU.

Hi @GAUTAMM2: It can be of various cause. I don't think community can pin point on the reason. Please check the logs to understand the reason. Also please check if any heavy processing jobs are running on the node which causes this issue.

If the CPU usage is consistently high, then you need to check your server configurations. For more specific estimation you can reach Hardware estimation team of PEGA who can suggest based on your application need. Please see details here.
