Attaching the log too. There was no production move too. This is too technical for me to find the root cause. Can someone help me here to identify the root cause?
Pls let me know if any more info is needed.

Hi Arvind,
From the logs attached it seems that the access group that the agents tried to access are not valid or missing.
To debug this further you can identify the queue from SMA and check for the items that have went to broken process and view its corresponding XML logs to give you more idea.
