Cosmos React Limitations

There is a bunch of feature limitations in Cosmos React especially like GetNext, Paragraph rules, rules delegation etc. Does it mean those are not available currently in 8.6 version of Cosmos React or those will no longer be supported in Cosmos React irrespective of version upgrades?

Why is the most popular and a demanding feature "GetNext" not available in Cosmos React especially Pega 8.8 is all about AI? How to understand the direction that Pega is driving with these limitations?
