Correspondence generation failed in CorrNew

Hi all,

In my application built on Pega version 8.1 I have an email approval process. Sometimes in sending the email for the approvers the case takes a double assignment and the email is not sent (AssignmentError.png). In the log I found this error (LogAssignmentError.txt).

Any suggestions?
