how to convert correspondence generated to pdf ?
Hi ,
how can i convert the correspondence (for eg: acknowlegement letter ) generated to pdf ?
I am using the ootb sendcorrespondence flow action , when i run the flow , i am selecting acknowledgment letter as the correspondence to get generated, but this correspondence that gets generated is attached to the work object as a document . How can i make that correspondence to get generated as pdf ?
Can any one provide their inputs in this context and help me ?

There is an out of the box activity called ConvertAttachementToPDF that may prove helpful in this situation.
