Copy from TempWorkPage to pyWorkPage
Hi,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well! I am trying to do Obj-Refresh-and-lock, i am getting the latest data from database, i am copying this to a TempWorkPage, i have save button, i am using this logic to refresh the page, copy refreshed data to TempWorkPage and then copying it back from this TempWorkPage onto my pyWorkPage using Page-Copy, however data from TempWorkPage is not copied onto pyWorkPage
Example TempWorkPage has property AdditionalDetails which has "this is a text BK" and my pyWorkPage has the same property with value "this is a text", when i do click on Save, i cannot see the value from TempWorkPage in my pyWorkPage.
I am on Pega 8.7.0
Is there anything i am missing in here?

@KOMARINA Can you try if you can rely on Page-Merge-Into activity method ?
Be mindful about overwriting of system property values (for eg: update date time, flow key etc) with your requirement

@KOMARINA Page could be read-only check it down , if already pyWorkPage exist and if there is a key present on it check to see if you can gain lock on that and then do the page -copy

@SriHarsha Anika Thank you but i thought Obj-Refresh-and-Lock would get this lock as i did not see any LockInfo on the clipboard.
