HI All,

I have a requirement to send text in RTF format to down stream system. We are using a Rich text editor to capture the text and the same text has to go to down stream system in RTF format.

by default Pega convert the Rich text editor content to HTML format. Is there any way we can convert HTML to RTF format ?

below is one example of RTF format which down stream system is expecting:
