Connection from Pega to MSExchange

We are developing a Pega application that needs to retrieve emails from Office 365 Exchange Server. We know we can use the OOTB POP3 capabilities from Pega to retrieve messages. Our Security Team wants to know if Pega has a mapi client that can be used to accomplish the same thing.

Hello,

 

Looks like you are using pega 8.3.x , till 8.3 pega suppots only IMAP/POP3 for reading the mails. MAPI is a proprietary protocol supported only by Microsoft

IMAP is the most preferable protocol as the POP has its own demerits.

from 8.4 Pega supports Microsoft Graph.
