Connect Rest Exception Code 443 Failed to Respond

Hi,

We are seeing an Exception while we are sending a Request through Connect - REST. It is not consistent and we assume it to be an issue with the Service we are using. Meanwhile Can any 1 help us if you have seen this issue earlier and any possible fixes.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.ConnectorException: Caught unhandled exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: XXXXXXXXX.XXXXX.XXXXX.com:443 failed to respond

By enabling auth as Pre-emptive auth with value as Authenticate pre-emptively might work.
