Connect HTTP - jSON

  • we are using Version 7.1.8 on WebLogic.


Is there a possibility to send / receive jSON using Connect-HTTP rules ??

I don't see it jSON option in Map From and Map To options.

any thoughts ??

Hi Naveen,

Basically Connect-HTTP is an older feature and it doesnt contain JSON content type support in it. We recommend you to use the new version Connect-REST inorder to send/receive JSON content.

Moreover Connect-REST is the right choice to use.

Is there a known issue with Connect REST and basic authentication for 7.1.8 ?? 

Service provider seems to be fine when i checked with PostMan it seems to be fine....and getting results back.... 

but from PEGA i get 401 Unauthorized Error
