Connect FTP issue with folders
I have configured connect FTP successfully and its working fine with a folder and not working with another folder. receiving error - "FTP connection fail." FTP user, destination server, source server and destination path are same only source folder path is different.
For example - connect FTP is working for "appvol/application/lCLM/out_time_detail/test.csv" path and not working if path is "appvol/application/CLM/out_time_detail/Processed/test.csv"
user account and ftp server is same, I have changed the source path in connect FTP method, it is working for first path.

Can you check whether the folder to which the Connect FTP is failing have access privileges? Send us the Configuration screen shots of Connect FTP's for further investigation.
