Configuring Privacy Notice in Pega

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display a Privacy Notice in Pega . Whenever a particular Operator logs in to the system, he/she is displayed with a Privacy Notice to accept only once .The Privacy Notice is displayed despite of any role i.e. Developer/User etc.

We are considering of customizing Web-login.xml , but have SSO enabled . Kindly suggest an approch.
