Configuring a Operational Structure
Hi Can anyone let me know how do we use configure an Operational Structure and Taxonomy. How is it dependent on Organizational Chart and how can we configure the Operational Structure based on the Organizational Chart. Is there any documentation or link for the same ?

Hi All,
I figured out that one needs to define a Taxonomy and based on the taxonomy the Operational structure can be defined. Once the Taxonomy is defined you cannot go back and change the Taxonomy . I believe this issue is being addressed as part of Pega 7.3 version.
Once the Operational structure is created an Organizational Chart is created automatically and its related Work Queue and Work Baskets.
We can then route the assignments by assigning the operators with there respective Work Groups.
