Configure Process detail
Hi, I am trying to set a stage as multi process but could not find the settings and also can't find configure process detail. Please help

Open the case type from the Case explorer and click on the down arrow to add the processes. The setting tab is on the same Case type. Could you please let us know what is the issue that you are facing

Click on a process and it opens up the process view on the right side of the screen (open process button below the process flow diagram), you can open the process to configure it as per your needs. When you add the parallel processes it will be ultimately a multistep process
