Configure Process Detail - Unexpected Results
So I completed the Case Life Cycle Management lesson. I made the changes by clicking on context menu for each step in stage and clicking "Open" to access the flows.
However one thing I was not able to verify is "Configure Process Detail" link. It is supposed to render the "outline view" letting me expand / collapse tree on left and navigate the flows on right. First of all I cannot expand/collapse the stages on left. Second, when I click the stage on left I get different UI on right (linked below)

On your left you should be seeing the navigation area. Try viewing the PEGA Portal at 75 percent instead of of 100 percent in the browser and see if this gives you the Navigation panel. Also, the panel can be minimized. Look on left and see if you see an expand/collapse icon roughly half way between the top and bottom of the portal.
