Configuration item is returning null value

we are using robot manager, we are using 2021 version of studio plug-in on 2015 visual studios. when I ran the automation using robot manager configuration item is returning null values. I have 2 configuration items Test.os and prod.os they are under root project.

Hello Revanth, 

I am unable to reproduce this issue on our side. However, this may be a bug in our product. It would best if you create a support ticket for it . In the case notes, attach the sample solution, mention the version of Pega Robot manager for SE to investigate it. 

Once you have created the SR, mention in this post for tracking.
