@Daniel_Pelchat Do you have the Pega Native Foundation installed? Is the Pega Notification Manager service running? You might try increasing the log level to verbose to see if there is anything more specific. In cases like these, it is most helpful to see the machine live, so you might consider opening a support request as they can meet with you via WebEx or Teams and perform some of the troubleshooting. I suspect that one of the prerequisites is not in-place for some reason. Determining the reason is likely going to require being on your machine.
