Conditionally controlling back-to-back processing
Hi all,
is there any possibility to programatically control (switch on or off) the back-to-back processing option(s) based on a condition in run time?
Currently it can be only defined in design time on the action tab of a flow action. I couldn't find any way to change it in run time. All activities processing those settings are final, thus cannot override them.

You could try setting the parameters in the post-processing activity of the flow action.
I am looking at a Pega 8.2.1 system currently.
- FinishAssignment calls performB2BAssignmentCheck
- Step 3 of performB2BAssignmentCheck invokes the pzDetermineBackToBackAssignment() function to set the Local.bBackToBackAssignment variable.
You can review the pzDetermineBackToBackAssignment() function to see the back to back parameters that are checked and the logic used.
I ran a quick test setting Param.keepWorkingOnSame and was able to control whether the next worklist assignment displayed.

Thanks for the idea. This means however that the flow action itself must be modified in order to use post-actions. I need rather controlling this from completely outside of the flow action in question. Any ideas how to achieve this?
