Connect-SOAP is failing with exception at InvokeAxis2 activity 15 step.

1. Which version of Pega?
2. Have you configured faults details mapping on the Faults tab of the connector?
3. You can also add custom logging in Step 15 and retrieve information from AxisFault object.

Looks like the exception is occurring in this use case while parsing of the response XML. Please enable the below two loggers for a successful and failure case to check the response message you are getting from the service:
a. Rule_Obj_Activity.InvokeAxis2.Rule_Connect_SOAP.Action
b. httpclient.wire
In between what is the Pega version you are using?

We are on Pega7.1.8 v and these services does not have any middleware in between.

Hi Sai,
Looking at the successful and failure logs, it looks like you have shared two different services belongs to same package.
For AccountFileTotalsByCaseRequest, it works fine. But for AccountFileUploadJobRequest, it fails and as per the SOAP body, it seems that you are trying to upload some file to transmit over SOAP.
If so, please share your Connector activity.
