Compatibility of 2 hotfixes: DL-3486 and DL-4711 (Pega Version 8.6.0)

Hello,

He have 2 hotfixes pending to install and we want to confIrm if they are compatible so that we can install them at the same time: - HFIX-81042 (DL-3486): Due to INC-181153 (Error in Volume Constraint after upgrade from 8.2 to 8.6) - HFIX-81211 (DL-4711): Due to SR-104731 (C21 Security Advisory - URGENT ACTION REQUIRED )

I created a request: SR-106729, in My Support Portal but they told me to ask in PCC:

"We have reviewed the information you provided in SR-106729. This request falls outside the scope of work supported by our policies.  Questions about how to design, develop, or debugcustom applications and similar types of questions are best addressed by posting a question to the Pega Collaboration Center (PCC)."
