Collaboration Center Response

I receive an email from Collaboration Center on 29 May 2020 asking me if I still need assistance with a question that I posted on 22 May 2020.  I am further asked to return to Collaboration Center to leave a reply.  When I attempt to do so, I am greeted with the following:

"This Collaboration Center post is unpublished or under review by the Collaboration Center Moderators."

What am I supposed to do now?
