Just to clarify: “CM cases in Pega Support portal were created previously to trigger emails to Cloud contacts. This will no longer be performed for infrastructure updates.”
Upcoming maintenance - Cloud infrastructure updates, will not be assigned a CM ID?
How can we as clients reference an Upcoming Maintenance - Cloud Infrastructure Update without a CM ID?
Is there any unique ID for each Cloud infrastructure update?
Do these updates list what is entailed in the update, and is this information accessible by the customer?
