Close window block is not working in Open span

Hi Team,

Is there a possibility to increase the stability of the close window method?

I have used delay as well as the activate window method before close window method to increase its stability and also a check if the window is present is also there. Even then the window is still not closing. Any thoughts or suggestions in this regard?

Can you post an image of your automation and a snapshot of the control in the ObjectExplorer hierarchy view of the adapter you are calling CloseWindow on

Also, please indicate what application(s) you are working with that are not closing. Do you see any messages popping up that may be preventing the window from closing?
