Cloning of Pega OOTB SLA Agents

Hi,

Greetings. I am on v 7.3.1, due to high volume of SLA items in queue in Production, i would like to clone the Pega OOTB SLA agent, i was told in 7.3.1, this has been fixed, can anyone please share some suggestion on this?

Hi Marc,

  Greetings. I have 12 nodes in Production and my SLA is only running in Nodes classified as "Background Processing", i can run this on "RunOnAllNodes" but i want to have the agent cloned on a single node.
