clipboard temp page got lost after refresh or routing
Hi All,
I created a temp page (UpdatedFields) to hold information onto UpddateFields.pxResults. But I noticed the temp page was removed from the clipboard if the case was routed to a different party. I need the information stored somewhere so that no matter whom I route to can have access to it. The purpose of this temp page is to display all the fields an user has updated. I have an activity to call pxComparePages and UpdatedFields is my ResultPageName.
Can anyone tell me how to persist my clipboard temp page and why it was lost?

@ChensuZ5 First of all, are you totally sure that you are searching temp page in same case's thread from clipboard? If yes, can you search the temporary page name in all over the application? Maybe, it has been removed through some data transform or activity after you have taken routing action.
Btw, wouldn't it better to use editable datapage instead of temporary page? I do believe that it would be easier to manage and maintain if we use editable data page for this requirement.
