Click on the Validate button twice, instead of one time

I am facing a IBAN check issue about when i click on the Validate button, then I need to do it twice, instead of one time. What can be the cause of this issue and how to solve it? I already checked the Refresh condition it is set to Click. Maybe I need to have a look on the class or somehwere else? Please let me know asap!

@MohammadB6888 - Before clicking on Validate button what field value is modified and verify that field has any actions . If yes after entering the data in that field tab out somewhere empty on the screen and then click on the validate button.

The actions on the text field is skipping the Validate button actions due to which its asking to click twice.
