I am using Pega v7.1.7 When I click on 'Open Rule Icon' in Designer Studio, it is NOT opening the rule in Designer Studio. I have tried the same in PDN Pega Cloud v7.1.6 and I see that it is NOT triggering the "getInskeyFromXml" activity in my application.
Can somebody shed some light on the root cause for this issue and the typical scenarios in which we would face this issue? Thanks in advance.

The account name that you have mentioned "VirtusaPolaris" in the SR while creating is incorrect. Have verified and there is no such account and hence you are seeing the error message. Could you please verify the same and resubmit the SR?
