On-click of 'Open Rule Icon' is NOT opening the rule in Designer Studio.
Hi All,
I am using Pega v7.1.7 When I click on 'Open Rule Icon' in Designer Studio, it is NOT opening the rule in Designer Studio. I have tried the same in PDN Pega Cloud v7.1.6 and I see that it is NOT triggering the "getInskeyFromXml" activity in my application.
Can somebody shed some light on the root cause for this issue and the typical scenarios in which we would face this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hoping the below Hfix should resolve your issue.
HFix-21482. Please request Support team for this.
While sending request one param is having HTML characters, Hfix changed request to post and sent that param in post body

It is throwing a validation error "AccountName:This field may not be blank." when I am creating an SR. PFA document for the screenshots.

Hello Giridhar,
The account name that you have mentioned "VirtusaPolaris" in the SR while creating is incorrect. Have verified and there is no such account and hence you are seeing the error message. Could you please verify the same and resubmit the SR?
