Hi,
Can you please let me know, can we clear SLA entries in the SLA table. We did the upgrade from 6.2 to 7.3.
Is that good advice or best pratice to clear those entries from SLA table?
Regards,
Anandh
Hi Anandh,
By SLA table do you mean PR_SYS_QUEUE_SLA?
Whenever the process reach an assignment which has an SLA defined on it, a record is created in pr_sys_queue_sla table which contains information of the assignment, sla goal, deadline etc.
Please check the link below link which might help you:

Yes Vikash, PR_SYS_QUEUE_SLA table.
We know, its holding a information about assignment, is that way to clearing those entries or what else we need to consider while deleting those records?
Regards,
Anandh
The items in a Scheduled status are those that have not yet reached the point when they are to be processed. If you remove those, then the SLA will not be processed on your work objects.
You should review the items in a Broken-Process status to see if they need to be requeued. If they are no longer needed then you can remove those items.
