Initially one tip whenever your making calculations based on check box those should be displayed at the bottom of the section because on selecting the check box your calculating value depending on other values.In you example I can see addition incentive value is entered after the check box is selected, that mean the calculations are done before you enter the value in the addition incentive text box.If the addition incentive is also calculated from the check boxes selected then addition incentive property should be read-only.

Make sure what values used in calculating are available in the clipboard during the run of the data transform. Try to trace it and see what values are being set and according to that what value is getting calculated, So that it will let you know is there any thing wrong in formula calculation or any passage of values from UI or any thing done wrong in the data transform.
Regarding performance I think, refreshing the section and page list display on UI it again hits the D_page, make sure your D_page is not thread node if so every time D_page hits the data table, that make take time.Also make sure that your Data Transform is simple.

Below changes can be made to improve the processing time in this scenario.

- On click of check box post the value

-create declare expressions for calculations

-To refresh particular section or layout use refresh condition option available on layout configuration
