I've used the App Studio in creating a straight-forward chatbot. However, my programmed responses are already piling up. I have 2 questions in mind:
1) Is there a method to group responses into folders so that my response command window will look neat and organized?
2) Is there a capability in APP STUDIO to just upload an excel with the predetermined answers instead of manually inputting the answer to questions one by one?

1) The best approach for organizing responses is to follow a naming convention and use a prefix in the 'response command' (e.g. ProductInquiry_ ). From here, you can do a private edit of the pzCommands section and enable sorting on the 'Response Command' column. This will allow you to sort the response commands in your channel alphabetically.
2) We currently don't have a method for the bulk uploading of chatbot responses.
