Change "Look for an assignment to perform" setting in runtime open perform/confirm on business need
I have a requirement to either open Confirm/Perform on a finish assignment on two of the buttons on a section in my flow action.
A: However, on click of Submit button (have finish assignment) it has to open the confirm harness and its moving as expected as the "Look for an assignment to perform" check box is unchecked.
B: On click of another button Change, i have a requirement to open the next assignment in Peform. But not sure how to achieve it :(. I know that on click of submit also it moves to the next assignment but i need to show only confirm there.
The first requirement works fine when the Look for an assignment to perform is not selected since i have to open the confirm harness. however, when i click "Change" button in the harness, i'm getting the confirm.
How do i open next assignment in my case, where i dont have the "Look for an assignment to perform" checked?

The logic to determine if you are going to continue working on the item who's assignment you just completed resides in the function FlowUtilities.pzDetermineBackToBackAssignment That code does a fair amount, but based on a quick look, if you can set the parameter keepWorkingOnSame to true it will flow down the code path where it determines what assignment to work on next (if there is one). That function is called by the activity performB2BAssignmentCheck, which is called by FinishAssignment, so if you need to tweak something upstream, they are good places to start your analysis.
Hopefully that gives you enough to work with to get your buttons working the way you need them to.
