Certain French Characters received in API response are displayed as symbols in Pega UI
As part of the workflow process, we integrate with an API to receive customer related information and some of the French characters received in the API response is displayed as symbols in Pega.
I tried the same API in SOAP UI and the response field renders the characters as expected, however when we tried the same in postman, the behavior is similar to Pega.
Has anyone observed a similar issue or any suggested solutions to resolve this issue?

@BalajiT7 This could be very much possible due to UTF convertion. I had similar issue few years ago and added following settings at App Server [for WebSphere]. It's worth opening Pega Incident.
