CDH_MS_PC2 database table missing in ExternalMKTData
Hi Guys,
I have installed Pega 8.13 and Pega 8.1 installed on Tomcat & Postgres. But while creating a segment/campaign in vanilla Pega Marketing, we are receiving following error which is generally caused by some misconfiguration while installing Pega Marketing.

Upon further investigation we have found that database table CDH_MS_PC2 is missing from ExternalMKTData which is causing the failure.
I have checked all the logs for any sort of installation error. But could not find one.
Can you please help us to fix this issue?
Also if this is due to a faulty installation, then without afftecting the Pega Base application, how can we reinstall the Pega Marketing?

Have you created a new implementation app or using the sample app that we are shipping OOTB?

Hi,
Have you created a new App using the New app Wizard? If yes then you should not be using the PegaNBAM-Artifacts ruleset to generate the artifacts. In the New app wizard, if you have chosen Pega Marketing as the application type then <<your_app>>-Artifacts ruleset will be created automatically created and added to your newly generated app.
Please try changing the configuration to use this new ruleset and try again. If the issue still persists then I would recommend to reach out to customer support as it might need some dedicated investigation to figure out the issue.
