Case Opening Problem Pega 7.1.7 PegaRULES Request Status fail String index out of range: -1 ae014212 H31FA858E65CC19954C8547C404B8
Hello,
When the case is opened (in Case Worker, Case Manager or Developer Studio), problem appear in screen shot. No tracer event although all settings are open in tracer.
Pega Version: 7.1.7
How can I solved this problem?

@AdnanE12 please can you provide some more detail. When did this start to occur?
Have you checked if you have all the relevant hotfixes for this version? Can you replicate on other environments?
What is involved in 'Opening' a case? Can you review the process flow?

I would suggest that you check the full pegaRULES and ALERT logs for errors leading up to this on-screen error timestamp.
Then log a support Incident for this. Please provide the INC number here so that we can help track it.
