Case not found, work object not available or clipboard, please try again.
Hi All,
I have a URL which will directly access the WO Assignment.
When user clicks on that URL, sometimes its showing
"Case not found, work object not available or clipboard, please try again."
Can anyone please let me know how to handle this issue.
In worst case scenario I want to Customize this screen and show that Our Site is not Available.

The error message means that you have lost the ability to access it.
Is it possible that the work-object gets locked? There might be an access to it made elsewhere which has taken precedence over the access you made here.
If pyWorkPage becomes locked/stale and hence it will not be refreshed as usual.

Did you keep the session idle for some time? If yes, pyWorkPage may become stale and get passivated.
