Case ID number incrementation

So, the need of the application is that we generate a unique Provider ID(in screenshot 2 last 5 digits).
Currently when I am uploading an excel file and parsing it. Its creating a Intake-##(number) and creating a ProviderID. Now, the last 5 digits are suppose to be incremental and increment on both the records created (home-1185 and home-1186), instead it is currently getting mapped to Intake number and the last digits are remaining same even if there are multiple records in the excel sheet.
Can you please me with the changes

Hi,

Can you please try with below functions to generate Unique ID

@Default.CreateUniqueID()

@Default.GenerateID(Prefix)

@java("java.util.UUID.randomUUID().toString()")
