I am assuming you are asking about getting this data from within the attachment and not captured externally through a field in the Pega 7 platform when uploading the attachment. If that is indeed the case, since this metadata will vary per document type, you can try using the Apache POI libraries present in the platform which can read the metadata from most attachments. You will need to write custom code to do this.
