Cant create any new rule post Upgrade from PRPC 5.4 to PRPC 7.1.8

Hi team

We have upgraded our application from PRPC 5.4 to PRPC 7.1.8 . The Upgrade went fine but post upgrade we are not able to check in or create any new rule . There is no error on any log file (SysOut , Pega Rules etc). Did any one face any such issue and what would be the resolution .

Hi,

Can you describe exactly what happens when you attempt to check out or create new rules?  Do the buttons and/or menu options to create or check out just not function, or is there some other behavior?

Did you perform the necessary post upgrade steps in the 7.1.8 Upgrade Guide?
