I created an implementation layer on the top of Pega CS, and I selected all the service cases. I am trying to setup the "Customer verification" functionality by going to "Tools - Customer Verification" in app studio.

Unfortunately the "Service cases" dropdown only shows one result: "Exercise customer data rights", but not the other service cases present in the system. I checked the source, and the dropdown is sourced by the DP "D_CaseVerificationList" which queries on the " PegaCS-Data-CasesVerification" class, which contains one entry only (the one above). I haven't seen anywhere in the documentation the configuration of such class in order to allow a Service Case to be "Verifiable".

Any idea how can I solve this issue?
