AppName:Users can't add record to datatype

 
Hello, I am developing an application in pega and it works in dev and app studios, but when I enter the case worker with the user, the user cannot add any records to  the datatypes of the application. how can i solve this?

@VEIGI I looked but I could not see exactly where this permission is located in the access manager. There are three different tabs named Work&progress, privileges and tools.
