Cannot get a workable URL from Virtual Box for performing the exercises for this course

I downloaded the ova file and imported the appliance into Virtual Box.  When I attempt to start all I get for a URL is http://:9080, which of course does not work.  I read forum notes about others who have had similar problems and tried the solutions I saw there, but no joy.  I am working from my home office on VPN.  Virtual Box worked fine for Business Architect course last week, both in the Cambridge office and from my home office (via Cisco AnyConnect).  Based on the similar forum discussions, I am guessing it is network connection settings that need to be adjusted, but I don't know which choices might work.

I had this problem, I resolved it by ensuring that my firewall was adjusted to "Allow any traffic from/to virtual machines supported by firewall" - AVG Internet Security
