Cannot create report from My Report tab by clicking "Add Report"
When I am trying to add Report from MyReports I am getting error like You cannot save instance RULE-CATEGORY MYREPORTS P!<<OperatorID>> #20161227T235529.384 GMT to locked RuleSet <<RuleSetName>>:<<Version>> 7.2.2 version

Can you please check if the production ruleset and version specified in Access Group & Application is unlocked?
Make sure the ruleset version is unlocked.

Hi Amit,
Please check the rule set version which you are saving to. If you want to save in the same rule set means check wheather it is open or locked. Other wise you can save as the rule to the new version which is unlocked and there you can create the reports you want. The higher version will inherit from above lower version.

Hi Amit,
While trying to create a new report/category from report browser, PRPC picks up initial version ’01-01-01’ of application ruleset instead of current production unlocked rule set version. As the initial version ’01-01-01’ of application rule set is locked, reported error is thrown on the screen when PRPC tries to create new report in locked rule set version.
Please add a production rule set and unlock version entries in user’s access group. After these changes, whenever a user tries to create a new report/category from report browser, PRPC tries to create those rules in the production ruleset mentioned under respective user access groups.
