Cannot Click on Links or Anything in the Custom Portal
I've created a custom portal and configured it to my operator access group and launched it from DEV STUDIO.
I added a navigation like HOME, REGISTER.
ive configured registration form section and a flow action holding this section.
Also i have given action to open a local action REGISTER which is pointing to my registration form section
BUT NOTHING IS CLICKABLE on the custom portal, the navigation links
it shud open the modal dialog with registration form when i click register, why its not ... nothing is clickable.

Hello,
Nothing clickable really, do you have an error message or anything stopping you? How about when you start the portal then anything bizarre on your logs?
What pega version is it by the way?

in pega 7.3 version custom portal is fine and clickable
im talking here about pega 8.1 where i launch web interface and nothing is clickable all is readonly...
WHY LOT OF ISSUES ON 8 VERSION?

Hello,
Please check using the Application Readiness tool if any controls are to be upgraded in the harness or section.
Also you could check if the tracer captures any event with onClick of the buttons or links in the portal.

Hi ,
Try to revalidate the harness (try to add a new button and test whether you are bale to click on that or not).
If all of the above suggested comments doesnot work then raise a SR .
