Cannot use link or button to click the attachment and download
Now, I need to create a link for users to download the file on click event,
Tried few solutions yet not yet resolve my issue.
The requirement stated that the attachment link to be embedded inside the table
I tried
Not useful for me
Or using Open URL in window with running the download File activity still not able to download the file.
Are there any other methods to complete this requirement?

We can use the "download File" OOTB Activity in the "Rule-File-Binary" class to directly download a PDF, however we must give a parameter called InsHandle (pzInsKey of Binary file).

Yes @SandyP16637557 a File can be of any type. Every rule has its pzInsKey. In your use case, you are utilizing table layout, which implies you are maintaining data type there, and you must enter every instance pzInskey. Please refer to the attached document.

@Bhavani Sagireddy Thankyou for your comprehensive document! However, is this the only way to get the file from the case? Is it a must to create file and get the pzInsKey ? Any other direct ways to download file that user uploaded to case in a form of link inside the table
