Cannot download the document from pega dev studio using browser

Dear all,

 

Requirement is to directly download a file attached in the case through a link under Uploaded document column

However, now i face this issue and found some possible solutions, yet not yet able to solve my question

Lack permissionsetting

Hi @SandyP16637557: From the above screenshot, system is not able to get the attachment from work attach table. Please check if you have a valid value in LinkPage.pxLinkedRefTo (which should be the link to your file in pc_data_workattach table).

Hi @SandyP16637557: Are you still blocked on this? pxLinkedRefTo should be a parameter to the script. Please check the configuration of OOTB attachment download (pyAttachFieldOptional / pyAttachmentFeedDescription).
