This should be part of your PEGA 718 Media kit . So you should ideally contact your administrator who can provide you the active x installers.
Otherwise, you can contact GCS team to get a media copy for yourself / standalone copy of active x
To be a bit more specific, you can find the controls located in the ...\ResourceKit\Utilities\OCXInstaller directory of your distribution media.

I found the OCXInstaller, unzip it and run the install.bat file on my windows client machine. It completed without showing any error. However, when I open the same application which required active X control, the browser still prompt me to install the cab file. I suspected the install.bat didn't run correctly, when I try to run uninstall.bat, it is showing it could find any of the files. Did I miss something? Or there are some steps I need to take before I run install.bat? I did try to start the command prompt by "Run As Administrator", still the same.
