Can we use URL mappings for creating a case??

Can we use URL mappings for creating a case I am trying to use OOTB activity pxCreateTopCase but seeing this in logs 

This activity may not be called directly from input: RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY WORK- PXCREATETOPCASE

@MrudulaP7041could you specify the version of Pega Platform that you are using?

There is a post Passing Page parameter to work object is not working about pxCreateTopCase.
