can we trace circumstance rules
Hi Team,
I have report definition ( ie Chart report definition) it was circumstanced rule based workgroup.
But run it is running base circumstance rule even i selected workgroup.
And also chart count also mismatching.
Can we see in tracer what circumstance rule is picking and also can we see chart results in tracer.

@RaviY230 Can we see in tracer what circumstance rule is picking -> yes, tracer will show which rule ran during the execution. if circumstance rule is running it will show that one.
also can we see chart results in tracer. -> yes we can but data will be on a clipboard page.
@RaviY230 The tracer will show the circumstance rule in the trace events and not additional setting are required, So your circumstance rule is based on workgroup property, can you make sure the operator page is saved correctly and the value is been set to make circumstance rule, just for testing purpose you can make that as base rule and then check if all the values are been showing correctly.
You can refer to the OOTB Case Manager portal and it have switch workgroup feature and then see if the ui is loaded correctly and display your result correctly.
