Can Runtime run properly when logging on to Windows as "guest"?

The customer asking us on if Runtime can work properly when you log on to Windows as "guest".

The Runtime installation guide says we need to run the installer as Administrator. But what about running the Runtime itself?

As long as the user has access to Runtime and the interrogated apps, it should work fine regardless of what permissions they have.
