Can Pega launch a call from pega mobile app and record calls?

We have a requirement to make calls from pega mobile app and need to record those calls currently we are using pega 8.6.3 with CRM framework so can we fulfill this requirement?

I don't think there is an option available in OOTB to record CSR agent's call. For more information on Pega call, please go through the implementation guide.
